Ik schrijf bijna nooit iets online, maar na mijn ervaringen met Medivoya in Istanbul voelde ik gewoon dat ik dit moest delen. Ik ben daar geweest voor twee verschillende procedures en beide keren heeft het me echt positief verrast. Wat me vooral opviel was hoe goed ze alles regelen vanaf het moment dat je aankomt. Je wordt opgehaald, er is duidelijkheid over elke stap en niemand doet gehaast. Dat gaf mij meteen een soort rust. Daarnaast was het voor mij super fijn dat ik iemand had die Nederlands sprak, want soms wil je toch dingen in je eigen taal vragen, vooral als het om je lichaam gaat. De arts met wie ik werkte was heel aandachtig. Hij stelde eerst veel vragen, legde uit wat wel en niet mogelijk was en liet me echt het gevoel geven dat we samen besloten. Ik had totaal niet het idee dat het alleen maar “standaard werk” voor hem was. Het voelde persoonlijk en serieus. Ook het ziekenhuis waar ze mee samenwerken maakte een goede indruk. Alles was netjes, schoon en goed georganiseerd. Na de ingreep werd ik meerdere keren gecontroleerd en ik kon altijd om hulp vragen zonder dat het vervelend voelde. Nu, een tijdje later, ben ik enorm tevreden met het resultaat én met hoe ik ben begeleid. Voor mij was het hele traject veel minder stressvol dan ik vooraf had verwacht. Als iemand nadenkt over een behandeling in het buitenland, zou ik Medivoya Istanbul zeker in overweging nemen.

I came to Istanbul for treatment with Medivoya and honestly it was such a smooth trip 😍✨ Everything was already arranged… airport pick up, hotel, appointments, meds, all of it. The team was super warm and always checking if I was ok, which made me feel really safe 🙏 My procedure went great and I’m already so happy with the results, even tho it’s still early 😅 Communication was fast, clear and they helped with every little thing I needed. Honestly… amazing service, super sweet people, and zero stress. Would totally come back again!! 10/10 😍🙌🌸

I recently went with Medivoya and honestly the whole trip surprised me in a really good way. Everything was organised so smooth. I was picked up in a really comfy VIP bus, the hotel was clean and actually nicer than I expected, and the whole service felt very relaxed. The coordinators were super friendly and always checked on me, even when I didn’t ask. Whenever I had a question someone replied really fast, so I never felt lost or alone there. That gave me a lot of trust during the process. The procedure went well and all the medication, check-ups and transfers were already arranged before I even thought about them. Right now I’m still waiting for the full results, but honestly I’m already quite happy with how everything is going.
